Article 1: Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCS") apply to all orders placed on the website lentrepotduchanvrier.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), published by Couturier Business Inc EURL, operating under the trade name "L'entrepôt du chanvrier", whose registered office is located at 231 Rue Saint Honoré, 75005 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number Paris B 908 500 374, whose SIRET number is 90850037400016.

Couturier Business Inc EURL is subject to VAT and has an intracommunity VAT number for all purchases in the European Union: FR10904998812.

All products sold on the lentrepotduchanvrier.com website are in full compliance with the laws in force in France. Couturier Business Inc EURL shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the purchase of products on the lentrepotduchanvrier.com website by the courts of any country other than France.

The Hemp Warehouse does not encourage the use of our products, and certainly not the use of products classified as narcotics in Europe and France.

The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

Article 2: Acceptance of conditions

The purchaser declares that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions before placing his/her order. Validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the GTCS.

Article 3: Definitions

  • Product: Goods offered for sale on the site.
  • Customer: Any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the site.

Article 4: Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site on the day of consultation of the Site by the purchaser. C & C Groupe makes every effort to present and describe its products as accurately as possible. In the event of error or omission, C & C Groupe cannot be held liable.

Article 5: Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes and delivery charges. The amount of delivery charges is specified when the order is validated. L'entrepôt du chanvrier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is placed.

Article 6: Ordering

All orders are subject to full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. Once the order has been finalized, the purchaser will receive confirmation by email, listing all the elements of the order.

Article 7: Payment

Payment is due with the order. The customer may choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card. Payments made by credit card will be secured by a data encryption procedure.

Article 8: Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser at the time of ordering, throughout metropolitan France, Corsica and the European Union. Other countries may be eligible, please contact us before ordering if your delivery country is not on this list.

The average delivery time is 1 to 15 working days. However, any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. Delivery times indicated on the Site are indicative and correspond to order processing and delivery times.

Any anomaly noted on the external appearance of the package (damaged or open box or packaging, etc.) upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt for any subsequent claim. Complaints concerning the condition or contents of packages must be reported immediately upon receipt, but never later than 48 hours in order to be taken into account by our services.

Article 9: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the purchaser has a cooling-off period of 14 days from delivery of the order to return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement, without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the order consists of several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period for all the products concerned by this order runs from the date of receipt of the last product.

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Couturier Business Inc EURL of his intention to withdraw before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period. In order to do so, he/she may send an unambiguous statement clearly expressing his/her intention to withdraw, by letter to the following address Couturier Business Inc, 231 Rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, France or by e-mail to the following address: contact@lentrepotduchanvrier.com.

Article 10: Returns & Refunds

The Customer shall have an additional period of fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of his intention to withdraw to Couturier Business Inc EURL to return the Products, at the Customer's expense and responsibility, by post to the address provided to him after having contacted Couturier Business Inc EURL via the website

Couturier Business Inc EURL reserves the right to refuse to accept any such return of goods after the expiry of the statutory period of fourteen (14) days from the date of notification by the Customer of his decision to withdraw, provided that the expiry of this period without return is attributable to the Customer.

In any event, to be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their sealed/unopened packaging, accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy of the invoice.

If the packaging has been opened, Couturier Business Inc EURL reserves the right to refuse any return or refund.

Article 11: Warranties

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against defects in the item sold, under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Article 12: Liability

In the online sales process, L'entrepôt du chanvrier is bound only by an obligation of means. It may not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, disruption of service or other involuntary problems.

Article 13: Intellectual property

The trademark "4L'entrepôt du chanvrier" is used by Couturier Business Inc EURL as of right. Any use of the trademark "L'entrepôt du chanvrier" by another company, entity or person without the express prior consent of Couturier Business Inc EURL is strictly prohibited pursuant to Articles L335-2 and L335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code and constitutes an infringement and an offence.

All photos, illustrations, logos and slogans, designs and models are the property of Couturier Business Inc EURL. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without the express prior consent of Couturier Business Inc EURL is strictly prohibited under Articles L335-2 and L335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code and constitutes an infringement and an offence.

Article 14: Personal data

Couturier Business Inc EURL undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information provided. This information is confidential.

Consequently, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify and object to their personal data at any time.

To do so, the customer must make an online request (via the "Contact" section), providing proof of identity and indicating his or her surname, first name, address and, if possible, customer reference number.

Article 15: Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of difficulty or complaint concerning an order, the buyer may contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
