Question: Where do your flowers come from?
Our flowers are sourced from partner farms carefully selected for their commitment to sustainable and ethical farming practices. At the same time, we ensure that all the raw materials used in our products have been extracted from responsibly grown hemp.
Question: You say you have a food lab. What does that mean?
A food laboratory is a room whose hygiene and safety standards comply with very strict food-based specifications. All our cooks are HACCP-certified, enabling us to offer products of exceptional quality with genuine traceability.
Question: Do you manufacture all your products in this laboratory?
No, we also work with partners from whom we buy various finished products. These are not created by our own teams, but also comply with very strict standards.
Question: What is your production capacity?
We'd be tempted to say unlimited, but in reality we're able to produce over 500kg per week. At present, we haven't had enough demand to reach our production limit.

Question: What are your rates?
Our prices vary according to the quantity ordered, the type of product and any additional services you may require. Browse our site to discover our range. Once you've registered, you'll have access to all our prices, shown exclusive of VAT.

Strictly speaking, we have no minimum order amount. The minimum order quantity is 50 grams, except for those whose partnership request we have accepted. In all cases, we are committed to providing you with the products you need, whether in small or large quantities.
Question: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders. The discount rate varies according to the quantity ordered.
Question: What are your delivery times?
Our delivery times depend on the quantity ordered, product customization and delivery location. We generally ship within 24 hours, via Chronopost. All our packages are fully insured. For personalized orders or very large quantities requiring unforeseen production, delivery times may vary.
Question: Do you offer product customization services?

Question: Are your products certified organic?
Whether it's our French flowers and/or all our raw materials, we make every effort to source from environmentally-friendly partners, but unfortunately none of them have the organic label.
