This refund and returns policy (the "Policy") applies to all purchases made on the website lentrepotduchanvrier.com (the "Site"), published by Couturier Business Inc EURL, operating under the trade name "L'entrepôt du chanvrier", whose registered office is located at 231 Rue Saint Honorée, 75001 Paris.
Article 1: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify us of his/her decision to withdraw from the purchase by sending us an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail) before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Article 2: Product returns
Products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accessories, if any, and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The return must be sent to the address given by the site's Customer Service or one of L'entrepôt du chanvrier's sales representatives.
Article 3: Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned products and verification of their condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to us using another means of payment.
This refund will include the price of the returned products and the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method proposed by us.
Article 4: Damaged or defective products
If the Customer receives a damaged or defective product, he must inform us immediately and return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We undertake to exchange the product or refund the Customer as soon as possible.
This refund and return policy may be modified at any time by Couturier Business Inc EURL. The modifications will be applicable to all orders placed after the date of publication of the new policy on the Site.
